What is the home maintenance membership?
Be advised that this is not a home warranty. It is a monthly or annually paid membership that saves you time, money and the headache of having to call multiple contractors for various task around your home.
Home Health Evaluation
One of our lead team members will conduct a comprehensive walkthrough of your home, inspecting the crawl space, attic, garage, and living areas. We will utilize a variety of tools and meters to assess all spaces and determine the condition of your property. Our evaluation involves the use of cameras, thermal imaging, air pressure test in ducts, and a thorough visual inspection. Should we identify any issues warranting attention, we will offer expert advice and effective solutions to resolve each matter appropriately.
